The mission
of the Louisiana Diabetes Foundation is "to protect the
Louisiana citizen with
diabetes and to improve their physical well-being until diabetes
has been eradicated."
The Louisiana
Diabetes Foundation will not knowingly disburse funds to any
scientific
or research entity that has a direct link to a science that violates
the dignity and
sanctity of human life.
The Louisiana
Diabetes Foundation membership is open to anyone who wishes to
support
this mission and research policy. Donations are welcomed and
are tax deductible under
I.R.S. regulations as a 501 (c)(3) foundation.
